Benevolence
Helping those in need

Meals on Wheels
Volunteers prepare and deliver about 35 lunches per day, six days a week, to nearby residents. Most of the people who receive this service live alone, don’t drive, and live on a low income. Typically, they are referred to the Meals on Wheels program by family or health care providers.

Food Pantry
Madison partners with Second Harvest Food Bank to serve residents of 37115 through our food pantry. Church members help stock the pantry with groceries for those in need, and it is also supported with annual food drives conducted by Goodpasture Christian School and the Boy Scouts.

Clothing Room
The clothing room accepts donations from church members and others in the community. Volunteers sort clothes and help those in need with their selections.  Please consider donating good used clothing so that it can be given to those in need.

Operating Hours

Our Benevolence Center is open to serve our community each weekday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  For questions or more information, contact Terry Ashley, Benevolence Minister, by calling 615-868-3360.
